Returns
UnitA1's Rare and Good Stuff specializes in items not in current manufacture. All items, unless expressly stated in an item's listing, are used and sold as-is. No items will be accepted for return without a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Please email requests for an RAC to rare_and_good@luxvera.com within four (4) days of delivery. Include the reason(s) you desire to return the item(s) in your request. Authorized returns must be carefully packaged and we recommend using the original packing materials when possible. For your protection against loss during shipping please be sure to insure your return package for the full value of the product. No damaged or altered items can accepted for refund.
